60% Apprenticeship as a Social Worker FH in Vocational Integration (60%)

Your future tasks:

• You will gain insight into the diverse work in Vocational Integration (focus on IV measures) and will be trained by our specialists.
• You will work in general administration and especially in intake (preliminary clarifications, appointment coordination, visits, introduction and trial evaluation interviews, etc.).
• You will document casework, assist with reporting, and coordinate internally and externally with the involved professionals.
• You will support young people and adults in the application process and gradually take on your own case management in job coaching.

Our ideal candidate

• You are studying Social Work part-time in Switzerland.
• You have a commercial basic education and/or good skills in administrative tasks.
• You are an empathetic and well-organized person who enjoys supporting people with support needs.
• You are sociable and enjoy working in a team with various disciplines.
