Job Description

As Domain Lead IT Corporate Solutions, you report to the Head of IT Corporate Solutions. This position is part of the replacement of a colleague who has progressed internally, within a team composed of 3 internal members. Your main mission will be to ensure the performance, availability and evolution of Finance & Purchasing IT solutions, ensuring their alignment with the overall information system strategy. In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising the design, deployment and evolution of application solutions in the Finance & Purchasing domain
• Ensuring the quality, consistency and performance of systems and data in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Organising and prioritising the team’s activities according to business stakes, technical constraints and available resources
• Participating in the definition and monitoring of the roadmap, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and operational objectives
• Implementing and improving governance processes, deliverable validation and risk management
• Establishing and monitoring the annual budget, analysing variances and implementing necessary corrective actions
• Supervising domain projects ensuring respect of costs, deadlines and quality, and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders
• Managing and developing the team by defining objectives, fostering collaboration and ensuring compliance with HR policies
• Monitoring performance indicators and SLAs to guarantee availability and performance of information systems
• Preparing and supervising the smooth running of annual financial audits for applications covered by Corporate Solutions
   

Qualifications

• You hold a higher education degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
• You have at least 7 years of experience in managing Finance & Purchasing IT solutions and in complex environments
• You master ITSM processes (incident, change, problem management) and IT governance tools
• You have solid experience in team management and multi-stakeholder project management
• You possess technical skills on Finance & Purchasing ERP and integrated systems
• You demonstrate communication, leadership, organisation and priority management skills
• You are fluent in French and have a good level of professional English
• Ideally, you hold ITIL or PMP certifications and have a good knowledge of compliance and security standards
