HOREGO AG specialises in digital procurement solutions and services related to purchasing. We support companies and institutions in handling their procurement processes simply, efficiently and digitally.

To strengthen our team in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated, open-minded and IT-savvy individual with a completed IT apprenticeship who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting customers and contributing to exciting digitalisation projects.

A particular focus of our work lies in the area of healthcare and elderly care institutions as well as in the digital procurement of food, non-food and care products.

Your Tasks

In this varied role, you will work at the interface between our customers, suppliers, internal departments and our digital procurement solutions.

Your tasks will particularly include:

• IT first-level support: Receiving, analysing and processing technical enquiries and faults from our customers and users
• Support with login issues, user permissions and general application questions
• Analysis and documentation of errors as well as forwarding more complex problems to our IT partners
• Participation in customer projects and the introduction of new digital procurement solutions
• Support in planning, coordinating and implementing project tasks
• Conducting functional tests and assisting with the introduction of new functions and processes
• Recording, documenting and coordinating customer requirements
• Accompanying and supporting our customers in the introduction and use of our platforms
• Conducting user training and presentations, online as well as occasionally on site

What You Bring

• Completed IT apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), ideally in platform development or application development
• Interest and enjoyment in IT support and solving technical problems
• Good IT knowledge and confident handling of digital applications
• Technical understanding and the ability to analyse problems systematically
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and friendly, helpful communication
• An independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Motivation to learn new things, take responsibility and develop yourself further
• Interest in participating in projects and in the digitalisation of business processes
• Willingness to occasionally visit customers and work on site in Switzerland

You do not need to know everything yet. What is important to us is that you have a good basic IT education, are motivated, enjoy learning and like to find solutions together with our team.

That Would Be an Additional Plus

You do not need to have all of these yet. We are especially pleased about initial experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• First professional experience in IT support or helpdesk
• Experience with ticket systems and handling support requests
• Knowledge in user administration and permission management
• Experience with ERP systems, web applications or digital ordering platforms
• Initial experience in project work or project coordination
• English or French language skills are an advantage but not essential
• First experience with middleware (mappings)
