In the area of long-term care, adolescents and young adults live in residential groups with varying levels of intensive care (from classic to intensive pedagogical/therapeutic) as well as outpatient housing options.
For the Rank residential group at the Lausen location, which supports and accompanies male and female adolescents in their personal, social development as well as professional integration in a residential setting, we are looking to support the team immediately or by arrangement for a:
Dipl. Social Pedagogue HF/FH 60% - 80%
Your field of activity:As part of a 7-member team, you will care for up to two young men or women aged between 14 and 22 years as a key person and accompany them in their personal, social, and professional development.
You shape the daily group life together with the present adolescents and place great emphasis on promoting their personal responsibility. You offer the adolescents socially pedagogically oriented care and promote the competencies of the individual adolescents.
Writing and composing development reports, support plans, protocols, etc. is an important part of the key person work and is expected from you at regular intervals.
What you bring with you:You have a degree in social pedagogy HF/FH and ideally have experience working with adolescents and young adults who show psychological abnormalities. In addition, you are a resilient, curious, and humorous person with heart and assertiveness as well as a resource-oriented attitude. The systemic and life-space-oriented way of working is nothing new to you.
You bring life experience, independence, and creativity to a committed team that focuses on coaching young people towards responsible life design. You are also willing to work night and weekend shifts and participate in camp weekends. You possess a category B driving license.
