In this versatile and exciting role, you lead the Health & Safety department across Switzerland and enjoy a special position within the organization as a «Key Player».
With your passion for Health & Safety, you ensure that our employees return home healthy every evening. You minimize accident risks by implementing preventive measures and raising awareness in the field of occupational safety.
Your main tasks:
- Occupational Safety & Health: Implementation of safety and health measures
- Risk & Accident Analyses: Analyzing risks and accidents and deriving improvement measures
- Coaching & Leadership: Training and supporting managers and regional safety officers (SIBE)
- Audits & Reporting: Participation in audits, recertifications, and KPI reporting
- Guidelines & Standards: Further development of processes and ensuring compliance with standards and SUVA requirements
- Projects & Best Practice: Initiating cross-departmental projects and promoting internal best practice exchange
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training or university degree
- Further training in occupational safety (at least specialist in occupational safety & health protection with federal FA or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience in occupational safety and health protection; training according to EigV or comparable qualification is an advantage
- Several years of experience in corporate health management BGM as well as experience in project and organizational work
- Ability to communicate at management level
- Strong problem-solving skills and stress resistance
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance
- Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form; additional national languages are an advantage
