Information and Documentation Specialist 80%
Your tasks
- You support the scientific staff in the archival formation from specific administrative areas. You evaluate file offers and process delivered analog and digital documents.
- You advise and support the administration in (especially digital) information management.
- You are responsible for the training of the I + D trainees of the State Archive (vocational and practical training).
- You participate in various projects of the State Archive.
Your profile
- Completed university degree as an I + D specialist.
- Professional experience in the archival field.
- Experience in training trainees (preferably completed further training as a vocational trainer).
- Negotiation skills and eloquence, quick comprehension, resilience, results-oriented, good time management, and high assertiveness.
- Broad general education, independent working style, enjoyment of teamwork.
- Knowledge of public administrations and Zurich's regional history is an advantage.
