Payroll Specialist 60-80%

As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a committed individual to enrich our team at the Sempach location with their payroll expertise from the beginning of 2027.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Execution of monthly payroll processing including year-end tasks
- Maintenance of payroll master data and recording of payroll-relevant changes
- Processing of social insurance, withholding tax, and official notifications
- Preparation of reports, statistics, and reconciliation of HR financial accounts
- Advising employees, managers, and HR colleagues on payroll and social insurance matters
- Participation in process optimisations, SAP HR tests, and HR projects
Professional Competencies
- Experience in payroll administration, preferably with SAP HR & HR SuccessFactors
- Good knowledge of social insurance, withholding tax, and payroll processes
- Further training in human resources and/or social insurance
- Structured, precise, and independent working style
- High service orientation
- Good German and English skills, French is an advantage

- Independence and good organisation regarding planning, meeting deadlines, and self-monitoring
