You are passionate about shoes and want to apply your purchasing knowledge meaningfully? We are looking for a motivated reinforcement for our purchasing department.

In your role as Purchasing Assistant, you ensure a smooth supply chain process. You take on the complete purchasing administration and gain exciting insights into the world of men’s shoes, including a sneak peek at the trends for the next season.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for orders and their smooth processing for both own and external brands
• You handle supplier correspondence, monitor delivery dates, and maintain articles in the system
• Your duties also include checking samples, organising the sample room, and participating in campaign planning
• You maintain close contact with all our stores as well as our logistics centre, marketing, and inventory management
• In close coordination with the buyer, you compile assortments for campaigns

Our requirements:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a retail apprenticeship with commercial further training
• You bring experience from an administrative retail position and work independently and responsibly
• You master the entire MS Office suite, with a particular focus on Word and Excel
• Your German skills are impeccable in spoken and written form, and your English skills are at a good level
• This describes you perfectly: structured and efficient, appreciative in interaction, and responsible with a hands-on mentality
