YOUR TASKS
- Control and follow-up of patient and case data recorded by the scheduling department, guarantor clarification and recording
- Obtaining cost approvals (KoGu), including creation of KoGu’s for cantons for out-of-canton patients (manually or eKoGu)
- Obtaining information from service providers (report requests for issuing cost approvals, including report reminders and patience letters)
- Telephone advice to patients on insurance questions and insurance models
- Processing and forwarding of letters from guarantors as well as checking tariff-specific peculiarities in the VVG area
- Support of revenue management with various enquiries (e.g. cost estimates, service recording)
YOUR PROFILE
- Commercial basic training (advantageous in healthcare)
- Knowledge of insurance systems (KVG, VVG, UVG) with experience in hospital or health or accident insurance
- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
- Confident German in spoken and written form, further foreign languages desirable (English, French)
- Service-oriented, team-capable and responsible personality
- Assertiveness and high communication skills
- Independent and careful working style
