In this versatile position, you support our Facility Management team and our Regional Director in the administrative and organisational day-to-day business, while ensuring that everything runs smoothly at our location in Kriens.

What to expect

- Office Management:
- Responsibility for the general wellbeing and a positive workplace atmosphere at the Kriens location
- Ensuring the smooth running of our postal service as well as the internal bistro
- Responsibility for ordering and managing general office supplies
- Managing the main phone line together with the team in Zug
- Supporting internal and external communication
- Business Support:
- Organisation and coordination of meetings, workshops and events
- Preparation of meetings including administrative and organisational support
- Administrative support of our operations teams in daily business
- Participation and support in various projects and optimisation initiatives

What you bring

- Completed commercial training or training in hospitality/administration
- Initial experience in a comparable organisational or administrative role
- Strong communication skills as well as a professional and service-oriented demeanour
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in actively tackling tasks
- Independent, proactive and structured working style
- Team player with organisational talent and an eye for detail
