To complement our existing teams and to meet growing needs, we are looking for psychiatric nurses with experience in the Côte area of the canton of Vaud:

Psychiatric Nurses (M/F)

Structure and contract:

• Structures based in the Côte, in the canton of Vaud
• Specialities offered: psychiatry
• Temporary assignments at short notice and long-term

Your profile:

• You hold a HES nursing diploma or equivalent for more than 2 years with diploma recognition by the Swiss Red Cross,
• You have a confirmed and successful first experience in the hospital sector of at least 6 months in Switzerland,
  
• Confirmed experience or strong interest in the field of psychiatry and mental health.
• Listening skills, excellent empathy, rigour and effective crisis management.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to manage your emotions
• You are rigorous, adaptable and flexible

Your mission:

• Ensure comprehensive and individualised care of patients hospitalised in the psychiatric unit.
• Assess care needs, plan and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Conduct support interviews and participate in group or individual therapeutic activities.
• Actively collaborate with the medical team, social workers and other partners in the socio-health network.
• Ensure traceability of care and management of patient records via current IT tools.
