For our successful and innovative client in the Lake Constance area we are looking for a

Customer Advisor Multi Industries (80-100%) Fixed-Term until January 2027 - Inbound

Your tasks

• Receiving and processing incoming customer enquiries
• Competent advice on products and services
• Support with administrative matters
• Identifying customer needs and service-oriented problem solving
• Careful documentation of customer conversations in the systems

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or equivalent professional experience
• Ideally, initial professional experience in a commercial environment or customer service
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as fluent Swiss German (mandatory)
• Good PC user skills and quick comprehension
• Reliable, flexible and team-oriented working style

Conditions

• Workload: 80–100 %
• Working hours: Mon to Sun / public holidays between 07:00 and 22:00

• 100% availability required during the training phase
