Coordinator Digital Transformation Cantonal Schools (80 - 100 %)
Your tasks
- You create the conditions for Zug's secondary and vocational schools to be among the leading schools in Switzerland in the pedagogically effective use of digital technologies by 2030
- Support school management in implementing the IT strategy of the cantonal schools 2027 – 2030
- Promote cross-school collaboration and know-how transfer
- Management of the Pedagogical ICT Commission (PIK) of the cantonal schools
- Development and control of the task and project portfolio
Your profile
- University degree (Bachelor or Master)
- Further training in digitalisation, school development and project management
- Several years of professional experience in the education sector, ideally at secondary level II
- Proven experience in leading and successfully completing digital transformation projects

Your working environment
In the canton of Zug, the vocational schools are subordinate to the Department of Economic Affairs and the cantonal secondary schools to the Directorate for Education and Culture. For digital transformation, all schools have jointly developed the IT strategy of the cantonal schools 2027 – 2030. The government council has approved the strategy and commissioned the schools with its implementation. The coordinator for digital transformation reports directly to the Secretary General of the Directorate for Education and Culture and works across directorates.
