For our client in Wohlen (AG) we are looking for motivated individuals as Employee in Telephone Marketing. You can expect a varied role in a modern and collegial environment.

Your Tasks

• Telephone contact with existing and potential customers
• Professional advice and support over the phone
• Presentation of products and services
• Recognising customer needs and developing suitable solutions
• Arranging appointments and forwarding qualified contacts
• Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system
• Documenting the conversations held
• Achieving the agreed qualitative and quantitative targets
• Actively contributing to a positive customer experience

Your Profile

• Very good German skills, ideally Swiss German
• Enjoyment of telephoning and daily customer contact
• Communicative and persuasive personality
• Confident and friendly manner
• Sales- and customer-oriented mindset
• Motivated, reliable and independent working style
• Good PC and MS Office skills
• Experience in telephone marketing, sales or customer service is an advantage

Working Hours

• Mandatory 3 evenings 17:00-20:00 and 1 Saturday 09:00-15:00
• 08:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:30 voluntary
