Lecturer for School and Instructional Development (80%)

Your tasks:
As a lecturer in the school development department, you will be active in the following areas:
- Design and implementation of continuing education events at schools with entire faculties or defined subgroups on key topics of school and instructional development
- Collaboration in the design and implementation of offerings in the areas of learning coaching, self-organized learning, learning landscapes, and multiprofessional teams
- Advising leaders such as school principals, steering groups, and authorities in a target group- and situation-appropriate manner and accompanying long-term development processes
- Maintaining information and experience exchange within the department and the institute
- Promoting professional networking and collaboration with other service areas of the University of Teacher Education
The position is limited until 31.08.2027. After the expiration of the fixed term, we offer the possibility of a transition to a permanent employment relationship.
Your profile:
You are a committed and service-oriented personality with high flexibility and a fine sense for the individual needs of our participants. Additionally, you bring the following:
- University degree in education or social sciences or an equivalent degree in counseling, coaching, supervision, or adult education with a qualified degree in supervision and organizational development at MAS level
- Teaching qualification at a target level of primary or secondary level I or II including professional experience in the education sector, preferably in the school environment as well as in counseling, organizational development, and/or project management
- Sound knowledge of elementary school, especially in the Northwest Switzerland educational region
- Very good presentation skills and institutional thinking
- High willingness for temporal flexibility and mobility in the Northwest Switzerland educational region and the neighboring cantons
