You are communicative, enjoy telephone customer contact and already have some experience in a call centre or sales? Then we are looking for you!

🎯 Your tasks

• Active sales of well-known and established products to existing as well as new customers
• Telephone advice and professional support of our customers
• Conducting goal-oriented advisory and sales conversations
• Appointment scheduling for our field service
• Maintaining customer data in the system as well as various administrative tasks
• Building and sustainably maintaining customer relationships

💼 What you bring

• Essential first professional experience in a call centre, telesales or a comparable sales/customer contact role
• Very good spoken German skills
• Open, communicative and convincing personality with drive
• Great enjoyment of telephoning and active selling
• Customer-oriented thinking and a professional, friendly manner
• Reliable, precise and independent working style

🕒 Your flexible deployment options

To reach our customers optimally, you bring the willingness for the following working hours:

• At least 3 evenings per week between 17:00 and 20:00
• 2 Saturdays per month between 09:00 and 15:00
• You can flexibly choose which evenings and Saturdays you work!
