Bucher Municipal is a world leader in the development, manufacture and distribution of innovative vehicles and services for clean and safe living environments. At the Competence Center Compact Sweepers, we develop and produce our compact sweepers in close collaboration at the sites in Switzerland, Germany and Latvia.

For the succession of our long-standing Human Resources Director, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial and personally convincing individual starting early 2027.

Your mission

You are responsible for the strategic and operational HR leadership for our international Competence Center
Compact Sweepers and are a member of the management team. Together with the executives, you ensure that the right people can operate at the right places at the right times.

Your tasks – strategic, operational and close to people

• Development and implementation of the HR strategy
• Sparring partner for the Managing Director and the management team
• Succession planning, talent management and organisational development
• Development and promotion of our high potentials
• Leadership of change and transformation projects
• Professional leadership of the HR Business Partners in Germany and Latvia
• Support of the Swiss site as HR Business Partner
• Contact person for employees and managers in demanding personnel matters

Your profile – experienced, reflective and approachable

• Several years of leadership experience in human resources management
• Experience in an industrial environment
• Strategic thinking ability as well as pronounced implementation strength with a pragmatic hands-on approach (technologically competent and digitally savvy)
• High communication and consulting competence
• Fluent in German and English
• Enjoyment of working with people and sustainable organisational development
