What you can contribute

• Ensure operation and further development of Active Directory T1–T2, AD policies and file services (DFS/storage)
• Implement requirements from projects and customer requests in coordination with
  stakeholders
• Advise, execute and support large migrations (e.g. storage/file server migrations, AD)
• Ensure and automate federal administration guidelines (compliance, security)
• Participate in agile projects (Kanban, SCRUM) and contribute to the continuous improvement process (CIP)

What makes you unique

• Completed IT training (EFZ) as well as further education at university of applied sciences/higher technical school level or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in engineering and operating complex Microsoft environments
• Very good knowledge of Active Directory (OU design, group policies, account management), experience with AD T1–T2 operation as well as file services (DFS, storage, NTFS permissions) and troubleshooting (access issues on Windows clients) required
• Solid know-how in Microsoft services and PowerShell scripting knowledge required
• Knowledge of hybrid environments (OnPremise & Azure/M365) desirable
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, high initiative, teamwork and sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of a second official language is an advantage
