Internal Sales & Export Employee (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to apply your experience in internal sales and export in a versatile way? In this position, you will look after customers, coordinate international orders, and ensure reliable commercial processing. You will take responsibility and support various internal departments.
Responsibilities:
You handle customer enquiries and sales orders and accompany their processing from quotation to completion.
You coordinate international goods deliveries and take care of the necessary export and customs formalities.
You take over invoicing, process credit notes, and clarify outstanding payments.
You are the contact person for telephone customer concerns and ensure smooth coordination with internal departments.
You handle complaint processing and coordinate appropriate solutions.
You keep customer information and order data up to date in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma and have several years of professional experience in internal sales and export processing.
You preferably have further training in export or foreign trade, for example as a foreign trade specialist with a federal certificate.
You bring experience in export and/or foreign trade and in processing international customer orders.
You convince through customer orientation, communication skills, reliability, as well as an independent, structured, and service-oriented working style.
You have very good German skills and good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
