The market organization serves the Swiss market with all products and services of METTLER TOLEDO. To advise our medium and small customers regarding the sale of service contracts, we are looking for a motivated person as a Sales Consultant Service Inside Sales 80 – 100% (all genders) as a supplement at the Nänikon-Greifensee location for the team immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will take on the following tasks: You are, among other things, responsible for the telephone consultation of our customers regarding our service portfolio. To ensure smooth order processing, you ensure close exchange and good cooperation with the inside and field sales teams and maintain lively communication with other internal departments. Furthermore, you are responsible for the follow-up processing of customer orders as well as the active follow-up of sales potentials with the customer. You support the team in achieving the high quality standards towards the customer and our own goals.
