Your contribution

• You are the central contact point for residents in the canton of Aargau when it comes to questions and decisions regarding the premium subsidy of the compulsory health insurance
• You check and calculate premium subsidy claims as well as complex change notifications. The basis for this is the legally binding tax assessment, as well as income and asset proofs of the customers
• You quickly grasp the concerns of our customers and offer them competent and service-oriented advice. Going the extra mile for our customers motivates you
• You recognise optimisation possibilities and make a significant contribution so that we can further expand our progressive customer service and our excellent service
• You successfully apply your technical knowledge and drive development in forward-looking technologies
• Bold and innovative, you try out new things and actively shape our future
