We are a trading company for car paints, industrial paints, painting systems and painting equipment as well as non-paint products. Our team has extensive expertise in paints, systems and consumables. We are both a manufacturer and an independent paint dealer.

Our service: With our own logistics and a large warehouse in Central Switzerland, we can deliver the ordered car and industrial paints as well as non-paint products within a very short time and under excellent conditions. Our professionals offer competent specialist advice. We advise our customers on optimising workflows, prepare needs analyses and individual layout plans for our customers. We place great value on solutions that meet the requirements of the painter 100 percent. It is very important to us that our services shine just as brightly as the coatings of our customers.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Sales Consultant in Field Service (m/f/d) for the German-speaking Swiss market (BS/BL/AG/ZH).

Your tasks

• Support and advice for our existing customers in the field of car paints, industrial paints and non-paint products
• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of our customer base
• Conducting needs analyses and creating individual solutions for our customers
• Presentation and sale of our products and services
• Close cooperation with our internal sales and logistics
• Participation in trade fairs and industry events

Your profile

• Mandatory completed training as a car painter
• Experience in field service advantageous, ideally in the paint or automotive industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• High customer orientation and enthusiasm for sales
• Driving licence category B
• Very good German language skills
• Good PC user skills
