You take full responsibility for the Winterthur location and actively shape its development. With clear leadership, high personal responsibility, and lots of energy, you lead your team to success and continuously develop the operation (cinema & bowling). • Responsibility for the operational and business management of the operation (cinema & bowling)
• Ensuring excellent customer and service quality
• Recruitment, onboarding, and leadership of the team
• Demand- and target-oriented personnel planning considering budget guidelines
• Development of new processes and concepts
• Monitoring and processing of time recording
• Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP) and legal standards (L-GAV)
• Organisation and execution of events
• Close cooperation with Area Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, and management of other locations
• Organisation and control of quality-oriented inventory management including supplier management and stocktaking
• Professional complaint management

• Several years of experience in a leadership role with clear result responsibility, ideally in the gastronomy, hospitality, or entertainment industry
• Successfully completed vocational training and further education in Gastro Basic Seminar 1 or 2 is an advantage
• You are a confident personality who not only takes responsibility but actively demands it and acts solution-oriented
• You lead with clarity, consistency, and reliability, setting the right priorities
• You stand for high performance, ownership, and accountability – both for yourself and your team
• You develop employees purposefully and challenge them to achieve top performance within clear expectations
• You convince through clear, confident communication and present yourself securely to both guests and employees
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner with a high quality standard

• You are present in the operation, lead by example, and are not afraid to pitch in yourself when needed

• A well-groomed appearance and professional manners are a matter of course for you
• You communicate flawlessly in German (spoken/written) and English is an advantage
