Service Manager / Key Supplier Manager in the Banking Environment

With you, we strengthen our strategic and operational competence in collaboration with our key partners and providers in the fields of IT technology and banking services. You ensure that agreed services are delivered with the required quality, service levels are maintained, and the relevant ITIL processes are effectively implemented. You participate in contract negotiations, conduct periodic performance reviews, and support solution-oriented conflict resolution.

Your main areas of responsibility:

Management of services from key providers and further development of the corresponding SLAs

Review of agreed SLAs and OLAs regarding availability and performance of services, systems, networks, and applications

Preparation of management reports as a basis for service review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders

Participation in negotiating contracts and SLAs with providers and sourcing partners

Conducting benchmarks to verify the market conformity of the providers’ price/performance level

Support for project controlling and coaching

What you bring:

Broad professional experience as a service manager, ideally in IT and/or financial services

Enthusiasm and affinity for supplier management, negotiations, and openness as well as ideas for new service models

A flair for numbers, contracts, and strong communication skills at various management levels

Highly independent, structured, goal- and solution-oriented as well as precise working style

Confident communication and correspondence in German
