Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the planning, organisation and implementation of training for network electrician apprentices together with a small training team.
- In inter-company courses, you act as a trainer and instructor, imparting your expertise in a practical, understandable and enthusiastic manner.
- You conduct refresher and further training courses for apprentices and adults and actively contribute your practical experience.
- You participate in courses on switching operations and live working and contribute to a safe and practical implementation.
- You develop and maintain course and training materials together with the training team and continuously improve them.
- You support organisational and administrative tasks related to our training and courses.
- Occupational safety is a deep conviction for you. You convey safe working practices in training and lead by example in everyday work.
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a network electrician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and have several years of practical professional experience in network construction.
- You have successfully completed further training as a network specialist with a federal professional certificate.
- You enjoy passing on your expertise and practical experience to apprentices and adults. Initial experience in training or instruction is an advantage.
- An SVEB certificate or comparable further training in adult education is desirable. If you do not yet have this, you are interested in further training in education and didactics.
- You have sound expertise in network construction and know the practical challenges of the daily work of a network electrician.
- You can explain practical work clearly, enjoy engaging with people and feel comfortable in front of a group.
- Safety, quality and responsible working are a matter of course for you.
- You work independently and reliably, enjoy being part of a team and are keen to develop professionally and personally and take on responsibility.
- Very good German language skills complete your profile.
