What you will achieve

• You take responsibility for the electrical and automation-related support of projects and actively contribute to their success.
• You independently carry out smaller projects, implement them successfully, and actively drive the optimisation and automation of our processes.
• You train apprentices to become automation technicians and pass on your expertise.
• You identify preventive measures and evaluate existing strategies to maximise the availability of our production lines.
• You share responsibility for carrying out maintenance and repair work on our production facilities and perform maintenance and calibrations on various production lines.
• You meticulously document all work performed in the maintenance system (SAP-PM).

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: In the electrical engineering sector (e.g. electrician, automation technician, electrical fitter) or equivalent training (4 years)
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in maintenance within an industrial production environment
• Technical know-how, understanding of electrical and control technology as well as programming skills for PLC controls
• High problem-solving skills and forward-thinking, as well as respectful interaction and strong customer orientation
• Experience in training apprentices
• Willingness for occasional shift work and corresponding mobility
• German (C1)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
