Business Partner Finance (m/f/d)

About the job

Sushi Mania, the Swiss leader in fresh sushi and ready-to-eat Asian products, is looking for a business partner in finance with an entrepreneurial spirit within Fresh Food & Beverage. You will manage finance, support transformation, enhance transparency, assist integration, and identify growth and margin levers.

What you accomplish

  • Responsible for the entire management control of Sushi Mania, including budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Contact person and thinking partner for general management and site management on all business management issues, as well as active support in strategic and operational business decisions.
  • Development and improvement of monthly management reporting, including the formulation of action recommendations.
  • Conducting profitability, economic viability, and scenario analyses to solidly support entrepreneurial decisions.
  • Responsible for the company’s administrative and commercial matters.
  • Support in harmonising and integrating financial and operational processes, as well as financial monitoring of the implementation of a new SAP system.
  • Interface with group functions and the shared services centre "Accounting", as well as active participation in compliance, governance, and risk management issues.
  • Commercial support for investment and transformation projects.

What you bring

  • Education: Completed studies (Uni/VET, UAS, ES)
  • Specialisation: Business management, finance, management control or similar field
  • Professional experience: At least 5 years in management control, financial partnership or equivalent commercial position
  • Strong experience in business-oriented management control, with a strong commercial partnership mindset. Excellent command of reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
  • Experience in SAP environments; experience in implementing SAP solutions or in transformation projects is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of accounting as well as collaboration with Shared Services Centres.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to act with a focus on results, as well as strong analytical skills, practical sense and great ability to successfully lead projects.
  • Ability to clearly present complex situations, advise decision-makers, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong sense of initiative and enjoyment in actively participating in change implementation, as well as thriving in a dynamic environment, halfway between SME culture and large group structures.
