Our client is an established retirement and nursing home in the Seetal region, characterised by a family atmosphere and an open environment marked by mutual respect. With a clear focus on the further development of training in the field of care and support, the home actively contributes to promoting the next generation of professionals. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as a full-time vocational trainer (60%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Vocational Trainer

- Supervision of apprentices on learning days in residential groups

- Conveying practical skills through practical guidance and discussions

- Conducting learning afternoons for knowledge transfer

- Agreeing and discussing learning objectives with apprentices

- Maintaining the training documentation of apprentices

- Promoting the personal and professional development of apprentices

- Collaboration with the training manager and interdisciplinary teams

- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ

- Further training and experience as a vocational trainer
