For our client, a successful and internationally active industrial company in the Zurichsee area, we are looking for a committed and independent personality as HR Manager (50–60%).

In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle and be the central contact person for employees and managers on all HR matters. Payroll processing is ensured by the finance department.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment to exit
• Recruitment of new employees including job postings, interviews and applicant management
• Advice and support for managers as well as employees on all HR issues
• Preparation of employment contracts as well as maintenance of personnel files, job descriptions and organisational charts
• Organisation and support of employee appraisals as well as coordination of training and further education
• Management of occupational health management (BGM)
• Support of the finance department with social insurances, absence management as well as SUVA and daily sickness benefit cases
• Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements as well as further development of HR processes and personnel policies
• Communication with authorities and offices
• Responsibility for HR compliance, data protection and personnel-related documentation

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training with further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable HR generalist role
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Confident appearance, high communication skills and pronounced social competence
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High integrity, discretion and sense of responsibility
• Good MS Office skills
