Our approximately 65 employees offer you all kinds of services on around 12,500 square metres: whether workshop or 24-hour towing service, bodywork or commercial vehicle centre, paint shop, car wash, or assistance with hail damage. As an official Ford, Ford Commercial Vehicles, and MG Motor representative as well as an Iveco Daily service dealer, we are your contact for new cars, used vehicles, and rental vehicles of all kinds. What you can achieve

• As a service assistant, you manage customer reception and are one of the first points of contact for our customers
• You arrange appointments by phone, email, or directly at customer reception
• You coordinate customer service orders in the workshop
• You independently organise the resulting workshop appointments
• You create customer orders according to specifications
• You support the customer service manager and customer service advisor
• By taking on additional assistant tasks and a variety of administrative duties, you contribute significantly to a clear and efficient work structure within the team

What you bring with you

• You have completed training in a commercial field
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• You have very good PC and IT skills
• German is your mother tongue
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office programmes
• You enjoy interacting with people
• You have a confident, well-groomed, and engaging appearance
• You have a friendly manner and customer-oriented attitude
• You are a proactive, interested, and competent person
• You keep an overview even in hectic times and ensure structure and clarity
• You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently on tasks
