Responsibilities:
Planning and conducting tenders in accordance with applicable public procurement regulations.
Reviewing market offers and developing suitable award models.
Preparing requirement profiles, evaluation matrices and tender documents.
Coordinating offer evaluations, supplier discussions and commercial negotiations.
Developing procurement strategies considering costs, quality and risks.
Managing existing suppliers and negotiating terms and framework agreements.
Advising internal departments on purchasing matters and determining procurement needs.
Contributing to the optimisation of purchasing processes and the introduction of digital procurement solutions.
Qualifications:
Advanced professional training in business administration, engineering, law or supply chain management.
Several years of experience in strategic purchasing, preferably in public procurement.
Sound knowledge of the legal bases BöB, VöB and IVöB.
Practical experience in preparing tender documents and procuring services.
Strong numerical understanding and knowledge of business contexts.
Independent working style, organisational skills and a structured approach.
Confident appearance in negotiations and target group-appropriate communication with specialist departments.
Very good German and good English skills; experience with digital award platforms is an advantage.
