Team Leader: Patient Administration 80 - 100 %
Your Challenge
- Professional, organisational and personnel management of the patient administration team (5-6 employees)
- Operational management and coordination of the daily business in patient administration
- Responsibility for deployment, holiday and absence planning of the team
- Ensuring correct and efficient invoice, cost approval, dunning and rejection management
- Control of recorded and invoiced services regarding completeness and accuracy
- Responsibility for data quality in the patient administration area
- Deputising for the head of patient administration and providing information during absences
- Participation in process optimisations as well as digitalisation and organisational projects
- Ensuring constructive interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external parties
- Active participation in daily business during staff shortages or complex issues
- Attendance at meetings and discussions
Your Profile
- We are looking for a personality with leadership potential or leadership experience. You either have a solid education or have acquired your skills through many years of practical experience. The exact educational path is less important to us than your professional qualification, social skills and willingness to take responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss tariff system, especially in the outpatient (Tardoc, outpatient flat rates) and inpatient area (SwissDRG)
- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system including hospital processes and procedures is an advantage (e.g. experience at a health insurance company or work in nursing)
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of the ERP systems Opale, IBI-care and Phoenix is an advantage
