To strengthen our team, we are looking for the following by arrangement:
Your responsibilities include:
- organising the daily operations in the housekeeping department as well as scheduling and leading the staff
- ensuring cleanliness and preservation of value throughout the entire operation
- creating work schedules with Mirus and monitoring working hours in the time recording system
- ensuring and implementing the LQA standards
- representing and supporting the Executive Housekeeper in all matters
You have successfully completed training as a hotel specialist EFZ or domestic specialist and bring at least two years of leadership experience from a similar role. You speak German, are service-oriented and work calmly and efficiently even under time and work pressure. You are accustomed to working independently and can organise and motivate yourself and your employees well. You are reliable and enjoy working in a team. If you have also completed the vocational trainer course, this is an advantage. We expect a well-groomed, friendly and courteous appearance. Foreign languages are an additional plus when dealing with our employees and guests.
