Your Tasks
- Professional and organisational leadership of the Acute Psychiatry department
- Leadership and promotion of an interdisciplinary team
- Psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments
- Monitoring and ensuring performance targets in your own department
- Co-design and further development of treatment concepts
- Proactive participation and advancement of projects
- Close collaboration with other inpatient and outpatient services of lups
Your Profile
- Completed specialist title as Specialist Psychologist for Psychotherapy FSP
- You enjoy working in a motivated, interdisciplinary team and take pleasure in an independent role
- Experience and special interest in the acute psychiatric field
- Flexible, humorous and resilient personality
