To strengthen our team, we are looking for a position at the location in Rüti near Büren:

Logistics Specialist "Warehouse/Production Planning" 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Acting as a floater in our various warehouse areas as well as in production planning and providing flexible support in daily operations
• Performing incoming and outgoing goods inspections and ensuring correct inventory management according to existing work instructions
• Loading, unloading, and relocating products according to the FIFO principle, as well as picking and preparing goods
• Planning, coordinating, and processing manufacturing, setup, and picking orders including label creation
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels in the ERP system, including goods receipts, transfers, and stock corrections
• Participating in inventories as well as in operational projects and optimisations in the warehouse and logistics area
• Supporting the Warehouse/Production Planning Manager in daily operational business as well as in organisational and coordination tasks
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and legal regulations (ADR/RID, ChemV, etc.)

You bring with you:

• Professional training as a logistics specialist with a Swiss Federal Certificate (EFZ) and a SUVA-recognised forklift licence are mandatory
• Professional experience in logistics, preferably in a chemical industrial environment
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of common Office applications and an ERP system
• Ability to independently and solution-orientedly approach problems and willingness to take on additional responsibility with positive development
• Punctual, resilient, and absolutely reliable personality with a cool head in hectic times
• High flexibility, organisational talent, and team spirit
