Design, implementation, and operation of customer infrastructures in the network and system environment
Planning and support of modern cloud platforms as well as their technical further development
Participation as a technical consultant in infrastructure projects with internal and external partners
Analysis and resolution of complex faults in 2nd-level support
Evaluation of new hardware and software solutions as well as conducting training and creating technical documentation
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering or systems engineering
Completed degree/diploma in computer science or comparable technical qualification
Very good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPN and WLAN
Solid experience with Windows client/server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and GPO as well as a category B driving licence
Fluent German or French language skills, good communication skills, and residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
