The company PQM Consulting AG based in Pfäffikon SZ is a renowned IT company specializing in quality assurance and quality management. The company offers its customers professional support in optimizing their quality requirements and divides its core competencies into four main components: project/risk management, quality management, requirements management, and process management.For an external client project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent individual for the role of Solution Architect at the expert level (8-12 years) from 01.06.2026
Main tasks:
- Development and design of the architecture for our new platform in the area of onboarding and product opening.
- Ensuring scalability, security, and performance of the solution.
- Establishment and integration of an orchestrator platform such as Camunda or Flowable.
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to optimally implement the requirements of the bank and customers.
- Selection and integration of modern technologies in the cloud environment.
- Definition of standards and best practices for the development and operation of microservices.
- Support of development teams in implementation and ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines.
- Proven experience in client onboarding in the financial sector is a MUST
Tasks & Requirements (content, methodology, technology):
- Completed studies (university, university of applied sciences, college) in (business) informatics or equivalent.
- Proven experience in client onboarding, digital product completions, or client lifecycle management in the last 3 years.
- Several years of experience in software architecture of internet-exposed services.
- Solid knowledge in the design and implementation of microservices architectures.
- Experience with security standards and requirements in the financial sector.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a structured way of working.
- Communication talent with negotiation skills, confident appearance, and persuasiveness.
- Team- and customer-oriented personality.
- Flexible personality.
- German: very good knowledge
- English: B2 – Upper Intermediate – First (FCE)
