What you will achieve:

• You are jointly responsible with several teams for the accounting support of the property portfolio including final accounting responsibility, payment transactions and reporting.
• You take on the professional, personnel and administrative leadership of team leaders throughout Switzerland.
• Service-oriented, you manage customer contacts and also enable good cooperation with property management and other internal departments.
• You ensure compliance with defined KPIs and quality standards, identify problems and develop appropriate solutions.
• You support your teams in changes and in establishing new working methods and processes.
• You maintain an active exchange with various internal departments and actively lead various (partial) projects.

That is why you succeed:

• You have in-depth accounting expertise (e.g. financial specialist with a federal diploma) with a focus on real estate accounting and further training in real estate SVIT, CAS real estate accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• You have deepened your expertise with relevant further training in finance and accounting or in real estate management.
• You apply your professional and leadership experience purposefully in your teams and strive to further develop your skills.
• You have project experience and enjoy working on improvements to processes and ways of working.
• You have fluent German and communication-secure French skills.
• Your working style is structured and analytical and you quickly grasp the essential connections in complex situations.
• You have many years of user experience with Garaio-REM or other real estate management applications.
