Contribute

• Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of the Cardiology Department with focus areas: General Cardiology, Heart Failure, Pacemaker Implantations, Cardiac Imaging (CT, MRI) as well as Outpatient Rehabilitation
• Ensuring a high-quality, evidence-based and economical cardiological care for the Zurich Unterland region
• Further development of outpatient and inpatient service offerings as well as diagnostic and therapeutic processes
• Promotion, coaching and development of medical and healthcare staff as well as active participation in training and continuing education
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with the hospital's specialist departments, participation in the medical clinic's duty roster and partnership networking with general practitioners, referrers and regional partners
• Co-shaping the strategic development of the Medical Clinic and cardiological care in the Zurich Unterland

Bring along

• Specialist title in Cardiology as well as specialist title in General Internal Medicine or equivalent recognised qualification
• Several years of clinical experience with proven expertise in outpatient and inpatient cardiology
• Integrative leadership skills and enthusiasm for promoting staff and living a values- and strengths-oriented leadership culture
• High social competence, strong communication skills and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pronounced quality and service understanding
