Pharmaceutical Assistant in the Customer Service Centre (m/f/d) 80-100%

What you can achieve
- You advise our customers by phone on questions about medicines and health services
- You take orders, provide information about products and services, and ensure smooth processing
- You competently clarify pharmaceutical questions related to medical prescriptions and thus support doctors, patients and external partners throughout Switzerland
- You strengthen our customers’ trust through your empathetic, professional communication and your ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations
What you bring with you
- Completed apprenticeship as a pharmaceutical assistant with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and professional experience
- Enjoyment of telephone consultation, combined with a high level of service orientation and clear communication skills
- A reliable, structured way of working as well as the ability to remain friendly and focused even under time pressure
- German at native speaker level; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage
