Scientific Expert

For the Quality Assurance Division in the Filling area, we need a from May 2026

Specialist Quality Assurance 90% (m/f/d) - (limited until 28.02.2027)

The quality of our products and especially the well-being of our patients are paramount. Our group monitors the aseptic working method and the hygiene status in the filling lines and thus ensures that the filling of the open product into sterile bottles takes place under germ-free conditions.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Support and advice in the field of aseptic manufacturing, the microbiological laboratories (no execution of activities within manufacturing or the laboratory).
• Check and ensure compliance with GMP requirements in production.
• Participation in training and (re)qualification of employees in aseptic production.
• Support production in case of problems during the entire manufacturing period regarding compliance and risk assessment.
• Review of documents from production (documentation from filling, environmental monitoring data as well as other GMP protocols).
• Support in the review of specification documents.

Qualifications & Professional Experience

• A completed vocational training, ideally in the scientific or medical field or in the field of the food industry.
• GMP‑experience as well as knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the field of aseptic filling or quality assurance.
• Willingness to work permanent late shifts.
• Very precise and reliable way of working.
• Team-oriented thinking, communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to approach people at all hierarchical levels.

• A high degree of independence and initiative.
• Native German speaker, English is an advantage.

About this position

• The work area includes both office activities (approx. 60% of working time) and inspections in cleanrooms of class C/D/E.
• The inspections are tied to production times (office hours, but also assignments early in the morning, late in the evening and at night are possible).
