We are looking for an experienced individual who independently leads projects from the initial idea and mood board through planning and execution to completion. In doing so, you coordinate specialist planners and contractors, control costs and schedules, and ensure a high quality of execution.

Our focus is on existing buildings, interior fittings and renovations of commercial spaces as well as on the refurbishment of facades, technical systems and residential buildings.

You can expect varied projects with different challenges and the opportunity to develop sustainable solutions for existing buildings and actively shape their transformation.

Your tasks:

• Independent project/construction management of conversion, refurbishment and office fit-out projects
• Architectural and drafting work from layout through building application to execution planning
• Preparation and submission of building applications as well as coordination with authorities
• Coordination of clients, specialist planners and contractors
• Creation and monitoring of project, tender and execution schedules
• Control and monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
• Coordination of construction processes and site logistics
• On-site construction management
• Invoice and change order control
• Leadership and minute-taking of project and construction meetings

Requirements:

• Training as a structural draughtsperson, HF technician or comparable qualification with several years of experience in construction management in Switzerland
• Experience in planning tasks and responsibilities
• Experience in project management and client representation
• Sound knowledge of construction management, project management, cost planning, schedule control and contract law
• Extensive network in the fields of construction management, architecture, client trusteeship
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with planners, contractors and authorities
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Knowledge of construction and contract law, standards and guidelines
• Confident use of digital tools in construction management (e.g. ArchiCad, Messerli, ProjektPro, MS Project or comparable)
• Communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners
• Languages: German, French fluent, English, Italian an advantage
