Your Responsibilities

• Management of the offer of labour market measures
• Maintenance of processes and procedures in the area of project administration
• Monitoring and control of the occupancy of labour market measures as well as taking over all administrative tasks related to the participants
• Review of individual applications and drafting of first-instance decisions
• Collaboration with various departments of KIGA and the implementing institutions as well as communication with insured persons and involved third parties

Your Background

• Completed vocational training or degree
• Interest in social and legal issues as well as high social competence
• Independent working style, sense of responsibility and overview even with different tasks and under time pressure
• Precise written expression skills and pronounced analytical thinking ability
• Experience in adult education or social insurance is an advantage but not mandatory
