Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer - Investment Area /100%/ ZH
Project Focus: For a banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Business Engineer to support various initiatives within the framework of developing the future investment offering. You will work at the interface between the business department and IT, translating requirements from the investment business into concrete, implementable IT solutions. The focus is particularly on mandate and portfolio fund solutions for private clients up to private banking.

Tasks:

• Analysis of customer and business requirements in the investment area
• Development of detailed business requirements, features and stories
• Preparation and facilitation of workshops and refinements with business and IT
• Creation of requirements and detailed specifications
• Support of implementation with agile/Scrum teams
• Definition of interface adjustments and data models
• Support in application configuration and, if necessary, GUI requirements
• Planning and execution of functional and non-functional tests
• Coordination and transparent communication with various stakeholders
• Preparation of management documents as well as user and training documentation

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of practical experience as a Business Analyst / Business Engineer
• Solid experience in implementing IT projects in the investment area at a larger bank
• Experience with mandate and portfolio fund solutions
• Very good knowledge in business analysis, requirements engineering and modelling
• Experience working with agile/Scrum teams
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Independent, solution-oriented working style and strong implementation skills
• Confident manner in communication with business and IT

• German: Business fluent C2
  English: not required
