As Store Manager (m/f/d), you lead your team with passion, strengthen team spirit, ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial success. You are an ambassador of the Swarovski brand, inspiring excellence and supporting your team’s growth – every day.
 

About the role

• Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve sales targets and provide first-class service

• Build strong customer relationships and actively promote loyalty programmes

• Recruit, onboard and coach talents to ensure succession plans

• Set individual and team goals and proactively evaluate performance

• Ensure smooth shop operations – including inventory, cash management, loss prevention and compliance
   

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brands

• Excellent leadership, coaching  and team development skills

• Digital competence and solid operational know-how

• A winning personality who easily builds trusting relationships and motivates others

• Customer-oriented, curious, empathetic and results-driven – a team player with strong commercial thinking

• English language skills
