Your tasks
As Nursing Service Manager, you take on the nursing responsibility for our location and help shape its development as follows:
- Lead: You provide orientation, develop your team, and create a culture where people enjoy taking responsibility.
- Change: You question existing processes, improve procedures, and enjoy implementing good ideas.
- Be responsible: You ensure nursing quality and resident orientation while keeping an eye on economic realities.
- Network: You work on equal terms with employees, doctors, and other specialist areas.
Your profile
- You already have training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent recognised qualification and have further training and experience in management
- Clear communication, decisiveness, and a good sense of people characterise you
- Initiative, pragmatism, and the desire to really make things better are a genuine concern for you
