Head of Supply Chain & Procurement, QHSE, Facility & Warehouse (100%, m/f/d)

Would you like to take on responsibility and help shape several central company areas? In doing so, you will work closely with numerous internal and external stakeholders.

Your tasks:

• Leadership and development of the areas Supply Chain & Procurement, QHSE as well as Facility & Warehouse with around 10 employees
• Responsibility for an economical and customer-oriented supply chain strategy as well as operational supplier and logistics management
• Ensuring compliance with and further development of quality, health, safety and environmental standards as well as relevant certifications (especially ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
• Overall responsibility for the local customs and foreign trade organisation including compliant processes, documentation and internal controls
• Management of risk management as well as collection and analysis of key figures with initiation of improvement measures for continuous optimisation of processes and systems
• Planning and control of budgets and investments as well as implementation of infrastructure and optimisation projects at our site
• Promotion of a performance-oriented team culture and close cooperation with internal specialist departments, international group units and external partners

Your profile:

• Commercial or technical basic training, supplemented by higher business/technical education (HF/FH/University) or further training in the field of Supply Chain Management, Purchasing & Operations
• Very good German and good English skills
• Several years of leadership and professional experience in the areas of Supply Chain Management & Procurement or Operations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and assertiveness in managing suppliers, tenders and projects
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP), supplier management, contract management, customs/foreign trade and process optimisation
• Knowledge in quality and environmental management as well as occupational safety (including ISO standards), ESG and sustainability requirements are a great advantage
• Entrepreneurial personality with pronounced implementation strength, a strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness, analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as a motivating, appreciative leadership style
