To strengthen our team in the area of data and AI, we are looking for you as our motivated and committed Business Analyst Construction Processes, Data & AI (m/f) 80-100%, workplace in Frauenfeld, St. Gallen, Zurich or Basel.

Your tasks

• Analysis of processes and needs in the specialist areas of construction cost planning, real estate development and realisation
• Potential analysis for digitalisation, automation and the value-adding use of AI applications
• Conducting workshops and interviews with internal and external contacts
• Active participation in requirements engineering
• Collaboration with external implementation and development partners
• Accompanying solutions from the idea to productive introduction
• Support in the technical analysis of incidents
• Participation in digitalisation projects including taking on own work packages

Your profile:

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, civil engineering, architecture, business administration or comparable (Bachelor or Master FH/Uni, ideally completed)
• Strong analytical thinking skills, quick comprehension and enjoyment in working on complex topics and new specialist areas
• Practical experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
• Interest in the construction and real estate environment, practical experience an advantage
• Strong communication skills as well as experience in dealing with different stakeholder interests and goal conflicts
• Knowledge of Jira, GenAI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex), Microsoft Fabric an advantage
• High initiative, structured and independent working style
• Very good German skills, good English or French skills an advantage
