The AR Hospital Network
The Appenzell Ausserrhoden Hospital Network, with the Herisau Acute Hospital and the AR Psychiatric Centre in Herisau, ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
In the Human Resources Management area, under the leadership of Ms Ines Doherr, Ms Isabelle Haag is seeking an engaged individual as an HR Specialist to strengthen the team with a workload of 50%, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Support of HR administration from entry to exit
- Independent handling of tasks in the areas of contract management, permits and social insurance as well as official enquiries
- Management of the time management system
- Recording, checking and billing of external personnel
- Active participation in the design and further development of HR processes and HR administration
- Writing stylistically confident HR correspondence in German
Your profile
- Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
- Several years of experience in HR administration
- Strong service orientation as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- High reliability, teamwork and personal responsibility
- Willingness to take responsibility and actively help shape a dynamic environment
