Technical Clerk with Development Potential - 80 – 100 %

The role is deliberately designed as a junior position with development prospects, with a clear objective to gradually take on responsibility in technical matters.

You will support our team particularly in the following areas:

• Recording and managing technical enquiries (phone, email)
• Scheduling and task coordination within the department
• Technical preliminary clarifications and support in interface coordination
• Drafting simple correspondence (mainly internal)
• Creating and maintaining forms, checklists and templates
• Preparation and collaboration in the creation of slope plans as well as performing standard calculations
• Assisting in the preparation of technical documents (e.g. installation instructions, planning basics, brochures, warranty templates, presentations)
• PIM maintenance as well as general data entry
• Quality and complaint management – receiving and preliminary checking of complaints
• Support in the preparation of statements
• Participation in projects for digital development
• Involvement in the areas of subfloor and façade

• You have a basic education with a technical or technically related background, such as a technical clerk, draughtsperson specialising in architecture, commercial clerk (KV) with a technical focus or craftsman with administrative experience.
• Strong technical flair and interest in further developing it
• Structured, independent working style
• Willingness to take on responsibility and to develop professionally
• Good communication skills and team orientation
• French and Italian language skills are an advantage but not a requirement
